Free Telephone
Support: Carst Consulting Services provides
10 minutes free telephone support to any client that has used our
services for a minimum of 2 hours in the previous 3 months.
Paid Telephone
Support: Clients in need of telephone support who have not used our services
in the previous 30 days may receive free telephone support up to 5
minutes at our discretion. After the initial 5 minutes,
telephone support will be billed at our usual rate. Carst
Consulting Services telephone charges are based on a 30 minute
minimum with 15 minutes intervals thereafter.
Remote
Support: Carst Consulting can install and maintain a system where we can
access your computer through your modem and/or your broadband Internet
connection. The client is responsible for purchasing
PCAnywhere, which Carst
will install. With PCAnywhere, you can simply call for
support and we'll walk you through the necessary steps to connect.
